Special Weekly Rates

*Must stay for a minimum of 7 nights to get the special weekly rate*

  • Spots 1-75 are $325 per week ($46.43 per night).
  • Spots 76-143 are $247.5 per week ($35.35 per night).
  • Spots 144-174 are $300 per week ($42.85 per night).
  • Please call for Special Long Term Reservations

Cancellations must be made by 2:00 pm by phone, 72 Hours Prior to arrival.
20% Cancellation Fee applies to cancellations made before 72 hours.
No Refund within 72 Hours of Stay.

PLEASE respect your neighbors and do not walk on their spaces without permission. Park ocupants must comply with all state, federal, and local laws.

  • Check In: 12pm - 6pm (in person, Monday - Saturday)
    2pm - 4pm (in person, Sunday)
  • Check Out: 12pm. If you will be needing a late checkout, please let us know and we can accommodate you.
  • Quite Hours: 10pm - 7am. Stereo, television volume, and any other disturbing noises or activities must be controlled during these hours.

RV
Only one RV per site and tents are not allowed. RV must be 10 years old or newer, well maintained and in excellent overall condition. You may submit a photo if you need additional clarification. Absolutely no guest may wash their RV or other vehicles with on site water.
Rates and Policies
Neatness
Your space should be kept clean and free of refuse at all times. Boxes or unsightly items are not to be stored beneath your trailer. Park occupant is responsible for maintaining a clean site. There will be no fences, pens, or laundry lines allowed.

Garbage & Trash
Please keep a clean campsite. Park occupants are responsible for taking their trash to the garbage dumpsters provided by the park and indicated on the park map.

Parking
No parking on the streets. Guest must use designated parking areas. If your vehicle is parked in an undesignated parking area you will be fined or towed. Settlers Junction is not responsible for any fees.

Sewer Connection
State Law requires all connections to be watertight and clamped at both ends. Absolutely no discharging sewage wastewater or gray water is allowed on the ground. Sewer hookups are at each site.
